Charity: Community Impact
At Pinnah Foods, we believe in using our platform to create lasting impact. Through our partnerships with The Destiny Trust Foundation and Abba Charity Foundation, we actively support initiatives focused on education, child welfare, healthcare and other initiatives that align with our impact goals healthcare and welfare. Our fresh milk also sourced from Northern Nigeria also supports our local dairy farms.
These partnerships are an integral part of our mission to give back and foster positive change in the lives of vulnerable children and underserved communities.
Our Impact Goals
At Pinnah Foods, we are committed to making meaningful impact — creating positive change in the lives of our people and the communities we serve.
We create a safe and supportive environment, offering counselling and wellness programs that help our people live healthy, happy, and motivated lives. Through our impact partners, we also support healthcare initiatives in the wider community.
More than 70% of our senior management roles are held by women, reflecting our commitment to inclusive leadership and empowering women at every level of our organization.
We’ve built a workplace where people feel recognized, valued, and empowered to contribute to our vision. Through competitive benefits, meaningful incentives, and flexible working arrangements, we foster growth, well-being, and a healthy work-life balance for our team.
We are committed to minimizing waste across our operations, from reducing paper to managing food waste. About 80% of our packaging is biodegradable or recyclable, and we continue to explore ways to further improve sustainability.
We thrive when our people thrive. Our scholarship programs allow team members to pursue or advance their education while working. We also partner with communities to provide school supplies, child welfare support, and resources that strengthen learning and education.
Through strategic partnerships and targeted impact initiatives, we are committed to addressing the root causes of poverty and creating sustainable pathways out of it — one initiative at a time.
By sourcing fresh milk from Nigerian farms, including cottage farmers, we support local livelihoods and strengthen the dairy industry. These partnerships contribute to sustainable agriculture, economic growth, and positive change in the lives of vulnerable children and underserved communities.
