Our journey began with a shared passion to craft experiences that enrich lives and create meaningful impact. Founded in 2008 by Foluso and Shade Ogunleye, a husband-and-wife duo driven by a purposeful vision. Our company was born out of more than just a love for food it was inspired by a deeper purpose.
Our founders set out to build a business that would not only provide memorable experiences but also impact lives nurturing employees, impacting communities, and creating a culture where everyone feels valued. What started as a dream to make a difference has grown into two thriving food brands with 10 outlets across Lagos, built on excellence, a people-centred culture and a commitment to giving back.

Yin Yang Express, founded in 2010 is Nigeria’s premier Quick-Service Chinese Restaurant brand, on a mission to bring the bold, comforting flavours of Chinese cuisine into the everyday moments people cherish. We make this possible by staying true to our promise: sourcing only the freshest ingredients and preparing wholesome meals that deliver authentic taste without breaking the bank. Our signature spice mixes, blended in-house, give every dish that unmistakable Yin Yang Express flavour — bold, balanced, and full of life.
The Ice Cream Factory, a super-premium ice cream brand, was founded in 2009 out of a love for creating extraordinary ice cream and happy moments using only the finest ingredients. We support local dairy farmers by using fresh, locally sourced milk. Since then, we’ve crafted over 50 unique flavors from scratch using our special in-house recipes. More than just ice cream, we create moments of joy and happiness through delightful experiences.
